Ache
Played badminton with the small group yesterday late afternoon. Rusty in particular, and unfit in general. Not that there was much badminton technique to start with. All those racquet sports with different ball-hand distance: how you adapt from one to another? hmmph.
So after the session yesterday, i was like "everything that moved today will ache tomorrow". And so it is.
Ouch.

And not enough stretching/warm ups before and after the game, perhaps?
Which explains why "'everything that moved (yesterday) will ache (today)'."
heh... well, all the more the badminton should be carried out every week to keep the fitness level up... :)
